I hurt my back and couldn't walk without my husband's assistance. I decided to have a nice hot bath and decided to use this bath bomb because my body was achy for sure! The water was such a pretty colour, the scents were relaxing and when I got out of the bath I was back to normal! I'm sure people would argue that it was the heat of the water but I personally believe the bomb absolutely helped!
