Online shopping.... where is my order coming from?

That's a question that we are often asked!  And it's an easy answer. We are located in the beautiful, small town of Elora, Ontario, Canada.

In fact, the photo featured in this post is an area that I, Natalie, the owner of It's a Beautiful Life Boutique, visit often as it's within walking distance from my home! I often gaze out to that gorgeous river pictured as I can see it from my workshop as I create and prepare your beautiful items and send them right to your home. 

You can see partly why I decided to name my boutique It's a Beautiful Life! 

The reason I chose to have my boutique as an online presence is because I can work around my life with my family, my little boys and of course, my dogs, without being chained to a storefront.  Also - you can come and browse and shop from your couch..... even in your pyjamas if you wish! 

I know that some people are hesitant buying jewelry online because you can't see or touch the items first, which is why I have a 100% happiness guarantee with my items. If you ever have a question about your item, then you can always reach out to me! I am confident that you will love your items as much as so many customers already do.
